Whipped Cream

This isn’t really difficult, but I though I’d put it up here in case anybody needs it.

8 Ounces Heavy Cream
1 T Superfine Sugar
1/3 t Vanilla Extract
  • Chill mixing bowl and beater in freezer for 20 minutes
  • Add cream to bowl and whip on low until bubbles appear. Gradually increase speed to high
  • When cream starts to thicken, add sugar and vanilla
  • Beat until soft peaks form
  • Serve!

Makes about 2 Cups
