The New Fuji Buffet has good sushi (much better than Wegmans, but not as good as Tokyo Seoul) and a huge assortment of standard Chinese dishes that are “good” (like General Tso’s Chicken), but where they really shine is with dishes they’ve created, like a scallop-stuffed clam-shell, and Chili-Garlic Shrimp which definitely fall into the “great” category.
If you’re hungry and have $12, the New Fuji Buffet is the place to go.
I’ve been eating there since they opened and have never been disappointed. Every time I leave, I feel like I had both a really nice meal and a bargain.
