Gyoza Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 C Soy Sauce
3 T Mirin
1 T Sugar
1 Clove Garlic
1 Knob Fresh Ginger
  • Grate Ginger on a Micro-Plane or Ginger-Grater
  • Finely mince Garlic
  • Place all ingredients in a small non-metallic bowl
  • Refrigerate for at least a few hours
