It was a big hit here too. Usually beef stew is a little disappointing in some way, but this was just completely over the top. Everybody loved it.

		<description>Made this for a dinner party--cooked a little longer than the recipe, but added the onions and peas at the right amount of time before serving.  Because it cooked longer, I didn&#039;t need to add the gelatin (the sauce was velvet!)

Amazing.   There is simply no other word for it.  Thank you.</description>
